Welcome to EliteTableTop. These terms govern your use of this website and any
purchase you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to
them, along with our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you don’t
agree, please don’t use the site.
Who we are
EliteTableTop is operated by Elite Tabletop LLC, an Ohio limited liability company.
We sell tabletop games, miniatures, and hobby paints online. You can reach us at
support@elitetabletop.com.
In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Elite Tabletop LLC.
Using this site
You may browse, shop, and use this site for your own personal, non-commercial
purposes. You may not:
- Copy, republish, or resell any part of the site, including product listings,
photography, descriptions, or pricing - Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers, or similar) to harvest content,
pricing, or inventory data - Frame the site or any part of it inside another site
- Use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
- Attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or gain access to areas
you’re not authorized to reach
You’re welcome to link to us from your own site, as long as the link is honest and
doesn’t present us in a false or damaging light.
Your account
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password secure and
for everything that happens under your login. Tell us promptly if you think someone
else has gained access.
Please keep to one account per person. If we find duplicate accounts being used to
work around purchase limits or promotions, we may close them and cancel any open
orders.
Orders, pricing, and availability
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We accept your order when
we send a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel it, or reduce
the quantity, for any reason, including pricing or description errors, suspected
fraud, or stock we can no longer supply.
We work to keep listings accurate, but errors happen. If a product’s price or
description is wrong, we are not obliged to honor it. Where an order is affected,
we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel, and refund you in full if we cancel.
Because much of what we sell is out of print and held in small quantities, stock can
sell out between your order and our processing it. If that happens, we’ll tell you
promptly and refund the affected item.
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Product photography and descriptions
Where possible we photograph the actual item you’ll receive. Colors can vary between
screens, and manufacturer packaging is sometimes revised without notice. Minor
variation in packaging appearance isn’t grounds for return on its own, see the
Returns & Refunds Policy for what is.
Products carry the trademarks and copyrights of their publishers and manufacturers.
We make no claim to those rights and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an
authorized dealer for any publisher unless a listing says so explicitly.
Content you submit
If you post a review, comment, or other content, or send us feedback, keep it lawful
and civil. Don’t submit anything that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene,
invasive of someone’s privacy, infringing on someone’s rights, or that contains
malicious code, spam, or commercial solicitation. Don’t impersonate anyone or use a
false email address.
We may edit or remove submitted content at our discretion, but we don’t monitor
everything posted and take no responsibility for it.
By submitting content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license
to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it in connection with our business,
including the right to use the name you submit it under. You confirm the content is
yours to share and that sharing it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.
Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, layout, and original photography on this site belong to
Elite Tabletop LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Product images
and descriptions supplied by manufacturers remain the property of their owners.
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, contact us at
support@elitetabletop.com with enough detail to identify the work and the material in
question, and we’ll investigate promptly.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to third-party sites for reference. We don’t control them and
aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, products, or privacy practices.
Visiting them is at your own risk.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. We’ll help
you pursue a carrier claim for a lost or damaged shipment, but once a package is
marked delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for it is yours. Please
arrange delivery to a location where the package will be secure.
If you use a freight forwarder, reshipper, or similar service, our responsibility
ends at delivery to the address on the order. We can’t help with damage or loss that
happens after that point.
No warranties
This site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or
implied, about the site’s operation or the accuracy of its content, and we disclaim
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the
fullest extent the law allows. Products themselves carry whatever warranty their
manufacturer provides; we don’t add one.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elite Tabletop LLC is not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this
site or any product bought through it. Where liability can’t be excluded, it is
limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Some states don’t allow these limitations. If yours doesn’t, parts of this section
may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its
conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts
located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@elitetabletop.com and give us
thirty days to resolve the matter directly. Most problems are faster to fix that way.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here when you place an
order is the one that applies to it. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest
stays in effect.
